James Mobley, President & Chief Executive Officer
James Mobley is a proven corporate and early stage executive with more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. James played a significant role in the evolution of the information security industry as President and Chief Executive Officer of @stake, Inc., an industry leading international security consulting and products company that was acquired by Symantec Corporation in October 2004. Post acquisition, he led Symantec's Professional Services organization as Vice President, Americas. 

Other prior experience includes President and CEO of Intrusic Corporation, an early stage security software pioneer in internal threat intelligence. James has also successfully led major business units and held key executive positions including Corporate Vice President of Compaq’s $1 billion North America Professional Services sales organization, Vice President & General Manager of Digital’s $400 million Southeast Region and Business Unit Executive of IBM's $200 million D/FW operating unit. James has been recognized nationally for his leadership accomplishments in both large organizations and early stage companies.

James is a graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Ron Lescinskas, Chief Financial Officer
Ron Lescinskas brings more than 17 years of financial operations and general management experience with technology and professional services companies to Neohapsis. Prior to Neohapsis, Ron was a Senior Director at Symantec Corporation, a global leader in infrastructure software and services. In this role, he was responsible for the financial and operations strategy of Symantec's Americas Services business unit. Prior to Symantec, Ron was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for @stake, a security consulting and products company that was acquired by Symantec in October 2004.

Before @stake, Ron was a Director at Cambridge Technology Partners, responsible for the financial planning and analysis of the North American Business Unit, a $400 million dollar operating entity. Previously, he worked as a manager for Deloitte & Touche, LLP and as a senior analyst for the Boston Water & Sewer Commission.

Ron received a BA from Salem State College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Greg Shipley, Chief Technology Officer
Greg Shipley brings vast technical and security experience to Neohapsis. Since the beginning of his career, Greg has been active as an information security practitioner, starting out as a penetration tester and working his way up to in-depth product evaluation and security program management.

Greg is well known in the industry for his insight into technology and product trends. He is a contributing editor for Network Computing and a frequent speaker at conferences such as the Institute for Applied Network Security and Networld Interop. In 2001, Greg received the prestigious Neal Award from the American Business Media for "Best Single Article," and continues to be a prolific author today. Over the past 10 years, Greg has been responsible for evaluating, testing, and writing about the evolution of information protection technology.

Kristine Briggs, Vice President, Corporate Operations
Kristine Briggs has more than 20 years experience leading enterprise and start-up operations, process reengineering initiatives, and management and security consulting organizations. Prior to Neohapsis, Kristine was Senior Director of ISV Operations at Crossbeam Systems, and had senior roles at Intrusic, Inc. and Symantec, where she was Director of Strategic Consulting. Before that, she was part of the executive team that grew @stake, a venture-backed information security consulting firm, from start-up stage to its acquisition by Symantec in October 2004, and Manager of the Bio-Pharmaceutical Center of Excellence at RWD Technologies.

Kristine has a BA from Antioch College, a Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis and Design from Queensland University of Technology in Australia, and a MS Ed from the University of Pennsylvania.

Sukanta Ganguly, Vice President, Engineering
Sukanta Ganguly brings 19 years of security industry experience to Neohapsis. Prior to joining Neohapsis, Sukanta founded several organizations, including Carrier9 Networks, a provider of networking-based access provisioning servers; Opulent Systems, a provider of network virtualization solutions; and Centinel Corporation, a provider of voice-based authentication technology. Sukanta also held senior roles at NEC, Novell, Iomega, and Xyratex, where he was responsible for building enterprise security and storage platforms. In addition, he was Senior Vice President of Engineering for LignUp Corporation, where he led the development of a VoIP software platform.

Sukanta has an MS in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University, a Ph.D. in Engineering from Texas Tech, and an MBA in Finance from Westminster University.

Kevin Richards, Vice President, Security and Risk Services
Kevin Richards is an information risk management advisor with more than 20 years of experience in information security, business continuity, and enterprise risk management. Kevin’s expertise ranges from risk analysis and program design to information security and business continuity program development and leading practices. Working with large multi-national corporations, as well as the United States Department of Defense (DoD), Kevin provides an array of technical and practical perspectives on building and protecting an organization’s critical information assets. Kevin is active in promoting information security best practices throughout the industry. Currently, he serves as the International President for the Information System Security Association (ISSA) International Board and also serves as a chapter advisor and former President for the ISSA Chicago Chapter.

Prior to Neohapsis, Kevin led information security and risk advisory teams for Ernst &Young and Crowe Horwath. Kevin has a B.A. in marketing from Michigan State University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

George Bennett, Director, Product Management
George Bennett brings more than 11 years of experience in the software and IT consultancy business and more than eight years of experience delivering software in the risk management space to his work at Neohapsis. He currently has responsibility for the NeoGRC platform. Before Neohapsis, George was product manager at Risk Governance Ltd. Prior to that, George worked for an IT consultancy delivering software for a wide variety of industries.
